Charles Eames & Eero Saarinen for Vitra Red Organic Dining Chairs, Set of 7

£4,850 £6,930

Originally designed by Charles Eames and Eero Saarinen in 1940 for New York’s Modern Art Museum ‘Organic Design in Home Furnishings’ competition, the Organic chair never ended up going into production until 1950.

Vitra began manufacturing the chair in the mid 2000s. The organic chair has a curved shell for the seat with integrated armrests and a cutaway detail in the backrest.

The dining chairs are upholstered in red fabric, contrasting the black ash legs. True design icons, this set of organic chairs would make the perfect addition to any dining room or kitchen table.
