Julian Chichester Faux Shagreen Brooklyn Bedside Table

Julian Chichester founded his furniture design company in 1995, inspired by the classic shapes from the 19th and 20th centuries and adding his own unique twist through contemporary finishes and details.

Inspired by 1940’s West Coast furniture design, the Brooklyn bedside table is constructed from a sycamore wood shell covered in faux shagreen with a zinc coating, creating a metallic silver colour.

The bedside table features three drawers, each with an aged brass pull in a hammered finish, while the legs are created from two clear lucite panels on each side of the drawers, encased in matching aged brass edging.

This Brooklyn bedside table uses contrasting materials to create a unique piece which balances practical storage with modern style, making it ideal for any contemporary bedroom.
