Product / Gift card
How do I know that your products are authentic?
All of our products go through a stringent process of authentication to ensure the Rehaus guarantee is given. Each of our pieces typically features an attribution mark, including stamps and labels. For items that are older in age and where a label was not provided, our team of product experts seek to establish and corroborate attribution using archival documentation such as vintage catalogues, designer records, or other sources.
Can I use a gift card on a negotiated offer?
Gift cards are treated as store credit for standard purchases. Negotiated offers already include a bespoke discount, so promotional gift cards can’t be applied. You can use them on any other listed or discounted REHAUS piece.
Can I request for an item to be upholstered in a colour of my choice?
Our items have been lovingly restored for resale and thus are likely to have been reupholstered already.
For any other items we will consider upholstery requests on a case by case basis. Please email support@rehaus.co.uk with the details of the product you wish to enquire about.

If there is a specific piece you are looking for please get in touch with us at support@rehaus.co.uk and we will be very happy to help.
If you were after an item that has been sold, please get in touch and we can let you know if we get something similar back in stock.

Payment
Can I make an offer on a product?
Some pieces include a ‘Make an Offer’ option. If it’s available, you’ll see it on the product page. Once you submit your offer, our team will review it and get back to you within 24 hours.
All our items are carefully valued by our experienced product team to ensure competitive pricing and great value on designer and one-of-a-kind pieces. Please note that most items are unique - once sold, they’re gone.
Can I reserve an item?
We offer reservations on a case by case basis and for a maximum of 5 days. Please email support@rehaus.co.uk to enquire about individual products.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the UK, please contact support@rehaus.co.uk

How much will I pay for delivery for an order value of under £500?
£25 delivery for England and £50 for delivery to Wales & Scotland
What delivery areas does 'Mainland GB' cover?
Everything in the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland.
Exchange
When can I exchange my piece?
After you’ve owned your piece for at least 9 months, you’re eligible for exchange.
How much credit will I get?
If your piece is still in its original condition, you’ll receive 100% of your original purchase price in store credit.
If refurbishment is required, we’ll deduct the cost of that work from your credit.
Do I have to pay for collection?
- If you’re only exchanging (without buying a new piece), a collection fee applies.
- If you’re buying a new piece at the same time, we’ll deliver your new purchase and collect the old one in a single visit — no collection fee.
How do I use my credit?
- If you’re buying something new at the same time, your credit will be applied as a partial refund against that order.
- Otherwise, you’ll receive store credit to use on any future REHAUS purchase.
What if my piece is damaged?
We can still accept it, but the cost of repair or refurbishment will be deducted from your credit.
What if I’m not in UK
Sorry, Forever Exchange is currently only available to REHAUS customers in UK (excluding Northern Ireland and other non-mainland areas).
