Originally designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1958 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, the drop chair was relaunched by Fritz Hansen in 2014. Said to be Jacobsen’s favourite chair design, it has gone on to become a true design classic.

Constructed from a curved shell with a pointed backrest, the silhouette is reflective of a drop of liquid.

Fully upholstered in black leather, the seats sit on four slim powder coated steel legs in a matching black finish.

Lightly used, with very light scratches, or minor cosmetic wear, but has no structural issues. Most antique and vintage items fit this condition.
Very good condition. One chair has wobbly legs and slight scratches the the leather on the back.
