Giancarlo Piretti for Artifort Brown Tweed Alky Armchairs, 1970s, Set of 2

£2,240 £3,200

Originally designed by Giancarlo Piretti in 1969, this set of Alky armchairs was manufactured by Artifort.

Created from a single form, the accent chairs have a sculptural silhouette with a curved backrest and dipped seat to create an organic shape.

Fully upholstered in black and brown tweed fabric, the chairs sit on slim aluminium feet, which give the effect of the chair floating slightly off the floor.

Now an iconic mid-century design, this pair of Alky chairs would make a fantastic addition to any contemporary living space.
