Roy de Scheemaker for Leolux Grey Leather Pallone Armchair

Designed by Roy de Scheemaker in 1989 for the House of the Future in Rosmalen, the Pallone armchair is manufactured by Leolux in the Netherlands.

With a futuristic aesthetic, the Pallone armchair has a ball-like shape with a large curvaceous seat cushion, sitting on three short polished chrome legs, giving an angled profile.

The wide and curved backrest sits above the seat cushion on the chrome frame as if hovering, and adding to the space-age feel.

The seat cushion is upholstered in two zones, the centre in grey and outer areas in black with contrasting cream leather for the backrest.

An iconic and bold piece of design, this Pallone armchair will add a touch of fun to any contemporary living space.
